A 13-year-old boy presented to the hospital with a complaint of painless diminution of vision in the left eye for 2 weeks. It started 15 days after taking the first dose of Corbevax COVID-19 vaccine. Corbevax, also known as BACOV2A, is a  recombinant protein subunit vaccine  approved for emergency use in India  o n 28 December 2021. Fundus fluorescein angiography of the left eye showed a delay in venous filling in the early phase of angiogram and blocked fluorescence corresponding to the areas of hemorrhages revealed by fundus examination.  The patient was administered three doses of pulse corticosteroids followed by a tapering dose of oral corticosteroids. A t 6 weeks follow-up, fundus revealed complete resolution of the retinal hemorrhages and disk edema. A centenarian who had survived a hundred years of ups and downs of life died from breakthrough COVID-18 on Saturday, June 25th , 2022 .  He was suffering from multiple ailments like renal issues,  blood pressure, diabetes and was admitted to a private hospital where he tested positive for the virus. He was on liquid diet as was not able to eat properly. We present two cases following inactivated virus and mRNA vaccines and discuss additional cases of fetal pericardial effusion after maternal COVID-19 vaccination.  A 34-year-old man without any significant past medical history experienced chills and fever 48 hours after inoculation of the Sinopharm vaccine. He had taken Acetaminophen to control the fever; however, on the third day post-vaccination, he developed an atypical pleuritic chest pain for which he was brought to our center. A pan-CT scan with intravenous contrast was performed and showed no findings suggestive of malignant lesions nor any lesions in favor of neoplastic processes. Peritracheal lymph nodes were found with less than 10 mm diameter showing benign reactive lymph nodes.
