76-year-old man with Parkinson's disease (PD) died three weeks after receiving his third COVID-19 vaccination, 5 months after his second dose (BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine/Comirnaty) and 7 months since his first dose (ChAdOx1 nCov-19 vector vaccine).  On the day of his first vaccination, the individual experienced pronounced cardiovascular side effects, for which he repeatedly had to consult his doctor. After the second vaccination two months later, the family noted obvious behavioral and psychological changes (e.g., he did not want to be touched anymore and experienced increased anxiety, lethargy, and social withdrawal even from close family members). Furthermore, there was a striking worsening of his PD symptoms, which led to severe motor impairment and a recurrent need for wheelchair support. Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee met yesterday  (1/26/2023), to continue investigating preliminary data indicating a possible stroke risk following simultaneous administration of the Pfizer Covid booster and the flu vaccine. FDA is launching a study to look into this possibility. Two weeks ago , we reviewed some of the VAERS reports in the 65+ age group. Multiple case reports describing stroke after COVID-19 vaccination have been published in medical literature. Some had unusual presentations.  A 43‐year‐old male patient with uneventful medical history was admitted 23 days after receiving a first dose of ChAdOx1 nCoV‐19 vaccine. People continue to die from COVID-19 despite vaccinations, particularly if they are elderly and in the presence of comorbidities. An 83-year-old fully vaccinated man (Pfizer vaccine) who suffered from heart failure, valvular heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus, and chronic renal failure, was admitted to hospital with worsening dyspnea as an exacerbation of chronic heart failure. A nasopharyngeal swab tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 on admission to the hospital. Thousands of case reports of myocarditis after COVID-19 vaccination have been published in medical literature. Some of them were fatal.  A 27-year-old athletic man was transferred to the emergency room due to cardiopulmonary arrest 8 days after  the first dose of the mRNA-1273 SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (Moderna, Cambridge, MA, USA). His  teammates called for an ambulance   when he was found sitting unconscious during practice. A chest radiograph obtained in an emergency room showed an enlarged heart and  pulmonary congestion (Panel  E). An 86-year-old male was transported to the Emergency Department of a hospital after a syncopal episode associated with abdominal pain and diarrhea. He had multiple comorbidities ( ischemic heart disease, diabetes, hypertension ) and received two doses of BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) mRNA vaccination (the last dose seven months before admission) and was fully vaccinated since the 3rd dose was not yet recommended.  Laboratory tests at admission showed modest increase in C reactive protein  and creatinine.  CT documented two faint areas of ground glass opacity (GGO) in the left lower lobe and oropharyngeal swab tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 infection.  Despite the appropriate treatment, the clinical condition of the patient did not improve, leading to his death about three weeks after the hospital admission. On the morning of September 27 2021, a 17-year-old boy was found dead on the floor beside his bed. According to the autopsy report and death certificate obtained by  the Defender , for this 26-year-old male "post-Pfizer Covid  vaccination myocarditis has been identified to cause left ventricular dysfunction” that led to his death.  At birth, he was diagnosed with a rare type of blood vessel abnormality inside the brain called Vein of Galen Malformation. A 34-year-old health care worker with unremarkable past medical history,  no drug, alcohol and supplement usage, and no history of COVID-19,  received the first dose of  ChAdOx1nCov-19 vaccine.  Over the next couple of days after the vaccination, he reported headache, nausea, and dizziness as well as abdominal pain.  The abdominal pain was resisted to pantoprazole and  acetaminophen.  He was hospitalized on the fourth day after vaccination and transferred to liver transplantation center.
