A 78-year-old healthy woman was presented with blurry vision in her left eye 1 day after receiving the third dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The ocular examination revealed an optic disc swelling and retinal thickening of the macula with subretinal fluid in the left eye. The fluorescein angiography revealed hyperfluorescence of the left optic disc. The neuroretinitis resolved gradually after taking azithromycin and prednisolone orally. unilateral neuroretinitis A 30-year-old female was diagnosed with bilateral acute anterior uveitis about a month after Pfizer COVID-19 booster vaccine and was started on prednisolone and cyclopentolate in both eyes. A 13-year-old boy presented to the hospital with a complaint of painless diminution of vision in the left eye for 2 weeks. It started 15 days after taking the first dose of Corbevax COVID-19 vaccine. Corbevax, also known as BACOV2A, is a  recombinant protein subunit vaccine  approved for emergency use in India  o n 28 December 2021. Fundus fluorescein angiography of the left eye showed a delay in venous filling in the early phase of angiogram and blocked fluorescence corresponding to the areas of hemorrhages revealed by fundus examination.  The patient was administered three doses of pulse corticosteroids followed by a tapering dose of oral corticosteroids. A t 6 weeks follow-up, fundus revealed complete resolution of the retinal hemorrhages and disk edema. Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome is an autoimmune, multi-systemic disease which can occur due to viral infection or vaccination. It affects many body systems, including as the eyes, ears, skin, and the covering of the brain and spinal cord (the meninges). The most noticeable symptom is a rapid loss of vision. A 62-year-old healthy female patient developed a severe headache and tinnitus 2 days after receiving COVID-19 immunization with the Oxford-AstraZeneca Chimpanzee Adenovirus Vectored Vaccine ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (AZD1222). SARS‑CoV‑2 virus  provokes an insult to every singleretinal structure , including retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and photoreceptors, leading to a progressive impairment.  Multiple cases of ocular inflammation after COVID-19 vaccines have been also reported.  A 19-year-old male was diagnosed with Keratitis 2 days after 2nd dose of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine.   He was treated with topical application of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and ciclosporin and intravenous injection of ganciclovir. Another 19-year-old male   without a history of eye disease experienced blurry vision three weeks after the second dose of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac, Sinovac Life Sciences, Beijing, China).
